Tyler, you need to get lower on your shot, right behind the rock, use the handle to help sight your shot at the broom and remember your turn before releasing, in-turn or out-turn! Great article BTW!
This reminds me of the time I went to the Anchorage Curling Club for a work event and immediately fell face first into the stone while attempting to learn how to throw it! But overall I had a good time. Thanks for the write-up Tyson!

He had a really nice draw to the button on his 5th or 6th stone down the full sheet and then started to hit a few takeouts.
Had a ton of fun out there with Tyson and glad he was able to make it out.
