I don't want to rain on your/everyone's parade, but...At 85+, I simply don't see Uncle Phil taking on the project of building an NHL-building somewhere outside of the Rose Quarter & buying a team for a sport that he has admitted not being that excited about. It's much easier (and probably more satisfying) for him to build up the Division Street Collective for Ducks football NIL & shoot for the expanded CFP.
