The I-5 10: Aidan Chiles has done this before
Present? Future? Both? The true freshman arrives in Corvallis ready to shake things up.
Nicole Chiles is adamant nobody would believe her and her husband Adrian if it weren’t for the videos.
At two years old, Aidan, the Chiles’ second of three sons, was already rolling out of an imaginary pocket and firing rockets. And yeah, sure, the “rocket” in question was a miniature Nerf football. Nevertheless, he did it. And he did it perfectly — the spirals compact, like a pro.
“We would look at each other like, ‘What?’” Nicole said.
Months earlier, Nicole enrolled her son in swim lessons. He was too young to take the classes, but an exception was made due to his uncanny proficiency. For the young Chiles, acclimating to new situations and tasks with superior swiftness was habitual. It’s why here in 2023 as a 17-year-old 4-star freshman for the Beavers, Chiles has earned his place as No. 3 in The I-5 Corridor’s series on the new faces of football across Oregon.
