It doesn’t seem Will Stein was much of a fan of the Bo Nix check-down talk.

You all remember it: Despite Oregon’s massive success on offense last season, its former quarterback’s Heisman candidacy — and later NFL Draft stock — was sometimes clouded by a loud minority claiming the now-Broncos rookie could only dink and dunk. Sure, Nix threw for 4,500 yards and 45 touchdowns last season and left Oregon as the school’s all-time leader in passing percentage.
