The Oregon Ducks are 11-0 for the second time in program history after pulling a win out of that Badger den in Wisconsin and hauling it back to Eugene.
With a bye this week, The I-5 Corridor is going to take a look at the significance of that number, by the numbers.

Sacks between Matayo Uiagalelei (8.5), Jordan Burch (6) and Teitum Tuioti, a trio who produced just seven in 2023. And while Burch was the story of the first half of Oregon’s season, Uiagalelei comes into the break as the hottest defensive player in football. His sack, five tackles and an interception against Wisconsin was one of the most impactful performances I can remember since Kayvon Thibodeaux would go off.
On Monday, he was named Big Ten Defensive Player of the Week.

Could you imagine if the television broadcasters found out Tez Johnson and Dillon Gabriel were fourth cousins or something? Because here in 2024 there’s still rarely a game that goes by without the mentioning of Johnson’s relationship with Bo Nix and the chemistry that they had. Yet, here a year later, playing without family, Johnson’s already-dynamic numbers from 2023 have spiked. A year after catching 22 percent of all Oregon passes, Johnson has increased that total to 24 percent in 2024 — a number that includes the two-and-a-half games he missed due to that shoulder injury.
And while we don’t get to hear from Dan Lanning until Wednesday this week, it does appear that there’s some good news coming.
