Congratulations Tyson, your work is consistently great and you never allow yourself to get in the way of the story. Love your approach, your story angles and that you've persevered and are finally being rewarded. Keep up the excellent work!
Loved it! Neskowin was beautiful. Went to a restaurant by a casino or maybe it was in the casino lol. It was one of the best seafood spots I'd ever been to. Pizza scene was surprisingly good in Portland, and the hiking was top tier. Went to a Pickles game which was a lot of fun. Eugene was definitely the highlight. Took a campus tour for 18-year-old me and loved it. Biked through town after. Will definitely be back in Eugene for a game soon.
I commented a ways back upon hearing the news of increased coverage at The Corridor, and was unabashedly critical about the light-ish coverage up to that decision, albeit my complaints were purely for selfish reasons. (Need. More. Ducks. Content!) Channeling my inner Ron Burgundy, I shouted from the mountain tops, “I love The I-5 Corridor…I can feel it deep in my belly! Truly, the joy I felt upon hearing that you would be fully committing to this endeavor has not diminished with time. So let us shout our ode of joy to you once again, Tyson! I ponied up again for a subscription, and have never once regretted it, as it is my go to source for the Ducks along with Duck Territory at 247 Sports with Prehm and Skopil. I shared some of your fantastic musings on all things Pacific Northwest with my family recently on a visit to my boyhood home in southern Oregon. I’m currently in San Antonio, thankfully returning to the mountains and scenic wonders in two years; at which point will be attending as many games at Autzen that my bankroll will allow. Perchance a fan could meet the scribe of The Great Pacific Northwest at The House of Loud one fine autumn day… Love what you’re doing keep it up!
