For the record, Justin Herbert was good at Oregon and Oregon was good with Justin Herbert. 

The Eugene native went 29-13 as a starter and sits only behind Marcus Mariota in career passing yards (10,541) and touchdown passes (95). Oregon’s offense averaged 37.2 points per game over his 42 starts.
